Boot Star Easy Return Guarantee

Boot Star will accept returns for boots returned within 30 days from date of purchase provided the boots have not been worn.  To return boots, first call Boot Star for a return authorization.  Boot Star will pay for return shipping provided the customer satisfies all conditions for returns.  Boots must be in new condition.  Customized boots are not returnable for cash or credit.
